Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions for Sunnybank

  • No pets please
  • Friday to Friday bookings only (except short breaks)
  • Access is available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10am.
  • £150 deposit per week is paid on booking (Or the full amount if booking takes place less than 8 weeks before your holiday). This is not returnable.
  • A £50 breakage deposit per week is required.
  • There is an additional £50 supplement if more than 6 people are staying.
  • Bank details will be provided on confirmation of your booking and the booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday. If this is not paid, the holiday is assumed cancelled. It is your responsibility to make a note in your diary to telephone Ann & Alex Mason (01483 850617) to pay your balance not less than 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.
  • We no longer accept cheques.
  • The rates quoted are per week and include fuel costs.
  • The cottage must be left clean & tidy or a charge will be made.
  • It would be appreciated if breakages could be reported by telephone to Ann and Alex Mason (01483 850617)
  • Breakages or other damage or costs incurred will be deducted from the breakage deposit
  • Bed linen and towels are provided
  • Please do not smoke in the house
  • Sunnybank is let on the basis that its maximum capacity is not exceeded and there is no sub-letting
  • Fire procedure notices are on each notice board, please read them carefully and note the full address of the property. In case of fire dial 999.
  • Sunnybank is let under a licence to occupy during the period of the booking - Alex and Ann or our representatives (eg workmen) are permitted to enter Sunnybank at any time during your stay.
  • Please obtain your own holiday insurance, for example for your belongings and property, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of, your belongings or other property during your stay.
