Disabled Access
Please contact us before booking to ensure that the accommodation and location is suitable for visitors with a disability. Sunnybank by virtue of its situation is unsuitable for severely physically disabled persons requiring constant use of a wheelchair.
There is access by car to within 4 metres of the kitchen door. Otherwise there are about 30 steps from the public road to the door of Sunnybank. The sitting room on the ground floor can be used as a bedroom for ease of access. The kitchen/dining area and main reception room are also on the ground floor.
The rooms are spacious and there are spectacular views from the two reception rooms and bedrooms making it suitable for those less mobile provided they can manage some steps. The WCs are on the landing 10 stairs up and in the bathrooms which are on the first floor. The stairs are wide with a sturdy handrail but there are 2 turns.
