Booking Conditions for Sunnybank

Use of Personal data & GDPR: Please reply to info@sandsendsunnybank.co.uk to confirm your consent to the keeping of your personal data, in the form of your name and address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address, for the purpose of contacting you about your stays at Sunnybank and offers or details about Sunnybank.

No pets please.

Friday to Friday bookings only (except short breaks).

Access is available at 4.30pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 9am.

£150 deposit per week is paid on booking (Or the full amount if booking takes place less than 8 weeks before your holiday). This is not returnable.

A £50 breakage deposit per week is required.

There is an additional £50 supplement if more than 6 people are staying.

Bank details will be provided on confirmation of your booking and the booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday and is non-refundable. If this is not paid, the holiday is assumed cancelled. It is your responsibility to make a note in your diary to telephone Ann & Alex Mason (01483 850617 or 07899066837) to pay your balance not less than 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.

We no longer accept cheques.

The rates quoted are per week and include fuel costs.

The cottage must be left clean & tidy or a charge will be made.

It would be appreciated if breakages could be reported by telephone to Ann and Alex Mason (07899066837).

Breakages or other damage or costs incurred will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Bed linen & towels are provided.

Please do not smoke in the house.

Sunnybank is let on the basis that its maximum capacity is not exceeded and there is no sub-letting.

Fire procedure notices are on each notice board, please read them carefully and note the full address of the property. In case of fire dial 999.

Sunnybank is let under a licence to occupy during the period of the booking - Alex and Ann or our representatives (eg workmen) are permitted to enter Sunnybank at any time during your stay.

Please obtain your own holiday insurance, for example for your belongings and property or for cancellation, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of, your belongings or other property during your stay or for returning any payments made if the booking is cancelled for any reason.
